The BerglandHof is an unusual place located in the idyllic village of Ernen in the Upper Valais. It combines a hotel, a restaurant and a biodynamic farm on one estate.
In the ErnerGarten restaurant, chef Sergio Soria Alonso celebrates the ancient cuisine of the Alps. He works closely with local producers, and uses regional and authentic products, if possible organic or biodynamic. The meat comes directly from the partner farm and the game is provided by the hunters of the valley.
In the evening, the Table d'hôte offers a 3 or 4 course menu to discover the alpine cuisine: a gastronomic cuisine, which draws its roots in simplicity. The wines are mainly from the Valais and Slow Wine producers.
