At the Trächu Hittu restaurant, the values of Slow Food are not only a principle, but a philosophy of life! Since August 2021, Yves and Lucia Cordonier are the new (angels) guardians of this high altitude restaurant, tastefully renovated thanks to lovers of the region. They realize their dream of welcoming their guests in a setting close to nature, rich in history and flavors.

In the kitchen, Lucia makes it a point of honor to work with local producers and artisans, while remaining open to the entire alpine culinary heritage. In addition to traditional Valaisan dishes (including the famous cholera, a passenger from the Ark of Taste!), she offers a colorful and seasonal cuisine, which she also embellishes with products from her own harvest. An authentic and unforgettable experience!
