Description

Roots is the restaurant of the Ecole hôtelière des Roches in Crans-Montana. Created in 1954, this school welcomes today 900 students of more than 100 different nationalities!

The Roots restaurant offers refined cuisine based on the "farm to table" principle. Most of the products come from within a radius of less than 100 km! The dishes are prepared by the students under the supervision of their teachers, chefs Samuel Huet and Matteo Salas, members of the Slow Food Alliance Switzerland.

At noon, a 3-course menu at a very competitive price. An ideal place for corporate lunches.
