At noon, I eat "à la carte", while in the evening, Pietro invites you to his "Chef's Table" by reservation. This is an opportunity to take a taste journey through the components of the Aletsch Arena. Infusions, cured meats and fermentations are combined with the ice of the Aletsch glacier. Wood and fire are used to play with roasted and smoked notes from selected ingredients.
