Cœur de Vigne

A small one-hectare vineyard located in the commune of Fully, in the heart of the Valais, Cœur de vigne is run with passion, heart and hands united to work in respect of the Living. Its terraced vineyards are worked by hand with a personalised approach for each grape variety and terroir that includes biodynamic practices.

His wines are cellared without the addition of yeast, unfiltered, aged mainly in amphora for the whites and in barrel for the reds. He is producing his first completely natural wine with Divico 2020. The oenologist and I are committed to combining our know-how and creative sensitivity to accompany each new wine in its new life story. Our guiding principle is to let the natural expression of each terroir and vintage live on according to what Nature offers us over time.

This beautiful balance accompanies me throughout the wine-making year and animates my passion for our beautiful Earth Gaia.
