Of course, like all of us, I started by training at the Changins oenology school and first opted for the safety of chemical products, weedkiller with a sprayer, folpet etc. By chance in a vineyard where I had not used weedkillers, I met the living: flowers, butterflies and grasshoppers... The next step was to switch the whole estate to organic farming and to join Slow Wine.
