Ideally located on the Grand-Saint-Bernard axis, the dairy has many advantages: functional premises for producing and maturing cheese and developing new specialities, ultra-modern production and maturing tools (robot) that make the work easier, spaces to welcome and inform visitors, to eat a raclette at any time or to sell regional products, a breathtaking view of the maturing cellar.
Although the Laiterie d'Orsières remains an important place for the production of the legendary Raclette du Valais PDO, it also continues to produce its other traditional specialities such as semi-fat cheese, Vieux d'Orsières, rebibe cheese, Sérac and Tomme du Clocher, not forgetting its 100% Orsières fondue mix and butter.
