Gourmet rendez-vous
Description
The idea is to let you discover all the subtleties of the Valaisan terroir during an epicurean evening at the oenotheque.
The gourmet rendezvous are held six times a year, on the first Wednesdays of February, April, June, August, October and December. To ensure the quality of the service, participants are welcomed at 17:00 but service starts at the same time for all guests at 18:30.
After a welcome drink, the gourmet rendezvous allow you to discover four well-constructed, generous culinary pairings with a nice selection of Valaisan wines. The proposals vary according to the seasons and Chef Pierre Cotard's whims with the selection of wine from our team at the oenotheque.
Programme :
Welcome participants with a welcome drink (1 dl) from the opening until 18:30
18:30 (sharp): service of the first dish/wine pairing (1 dl)
19:15: service of the second wine and food pairing (1 dl)
20:00: service of the cheese/wine selection (0.5 dl)
21:15 dessert/wine service (0.5 dl)
21:30 pm: coffee
