Introduction to the wines of the Valais
With your private bus, you will discover the rugged and fascinating landscapes that the Rhone has shaped over the centuries. Along the way, you can see the many vines that adorn the mountain slopes.
After dropping off your luggage, you will head to the Château de Villa, a magnificent 16th century building, where you will be introduced to Valais wines. After a tasting session, you will sit down at the table and discover an unmissable speciality of the Valais: raclette in all its regional forms!

Day 2: Val d'Anniviers region
In the heart of the mountain region of Val d'Anniviers, you will discover a know-how that has survived the passage of time: the production of rye bread and of glacier wine will be revealed to you.
On this day, you will also have the opportunity to visit Grimentz, a picturesque mountain village that still boasts its typical regional architecture. In the evening, you will be treated to a 100% Valais menu at the "À Table" restaurant.

Day 3: Evolène region
Discovering the Val d'Hérens
On this 3rd day, with the help of electric bikes, you will have the opportunity to discover another valley that has preserved its charm and its own heritage. After receiving advice from experts in the region, you will be able to explore at your leisure all the sights you like on the handlebars of your bike.
At lunchtime, gather for a meal in a magnificent setting at Les Collines restaurant (Slow Food Cooks' Alliance) before getting back in the saddle to discover the rest of the region. In the evening, a typical meal of the region will be served before you return to your hotel for a well-deserved night's rest.

Day 4 of your adventure is at your leisure. From your hotel in Evolène, many activities await you: discovering typical villages, culinary experiences, nature walks or sports activities: the valley surrounded by its majestic glaciers has so much to offer you!

Day 5: Val de Bagnes region
Get to know the Slow Food community
Your 5th day in Valais is all about sharing. Your driver will take you to Sarreyer to meet the first Slow Food Community in Switzerland. They will win you over with their passion and the high-quality products from their community.
In the late afternoon, your coach will take you to Orsières, where you will rest after an excellent meal.

Day 6: Fully region
Discover the grape varieties of Fully
This 6th day invites you to discover the Fully region, famous for its Petite Arvine grape variety. First, you will explore with a local guide the richness of nature that characterises this region. At noon, you can taste typical products of this region.
In the afternoon, you will meet a winemaker from the Slow Wine network to exchange ideas over a wine tasting. Finally, in the evening, your driver will take you to your host in the Dents du Midi region for a delicious meal.

Farm and nature in Dents du Midi
In the morning, the farm "Chez Gaby" welcomes you to share with you its work and traditional know-how.

Culture and wine in Salgesch
