Description
Between distillation, discussion and tasting, discover the subtle link between humans and nature.
Services included:
10 am: Welcome in front of the communal oven and walk to the medicinal and aromatic plant garden. Meeting with a plant producer.
Lunch: Starter, main course and dessert prepared with local products and served at the Café du Mont-Fort.
2 pm: Short digestive walk towards the Edelweiss Distillery. Sharing around the still and tasting of distilled products.
End of the programme: approx. 4.30 pm
