PALP - Rocklette in Bruson

Description

On Saturday morning at 8:30 am, your driver welcomes you at the Sembrancher train station and takes you to the Etiez cheese factory. A visit is provided, followed by a tasting.

After discovering the secrets of the making of the famous cheese of Bagnes, you take the road to Le Châble. Drop off your luggage at your hotel and then head to Bruson for the PALP Festival. At the top of the mountains, at the centre of the world, the Val de Bagnes and its natural stages, such as the one in Bruson, welcome the finest in rock music in settings that are unique in the world. While enjoying your concert, you taste two raclettes and enjoy a glass of white wine.

After this day full of music, you go back down to Le Châble by cable car. After a moment of relaxation, you will be served a "Slow Food" meal in a restaurant that is a member of the Chefs' Alliance.

On Sunday morning, you will go to Sarreyer, a village with an old-fashioned flavour, where you will discover the work of the members of the first Slow Food Community in Switzerland. The village druids introduce you to medicinal plants and the workings of the old mill. The tour culminates in a meal at the Mont-Fort Café, the community restaurant that offers only products from local artisans.

At the end of the afternoon, between 5 and 6 p.m., your driver will take you back to the train station in Le Châble, from where you can quietly return home.
