PALP - In the heart of Fully vineyards

Description

On Saturday morning, your driver meets you at 9.15 am at the Martigny train station to take you to the Rodeline cellar, in Fully. From there, you go for a guided walk in the heart of the terraced vineyards of the Combe d'Enfer together with the winegrower. Throughout the walk, you taste some of the characteristic wines of Fully's crystalline terroir, then return to the cellar where a typical Valaisan meal awaits you.

In the middle of the afternoon, you take the bus to Abricool. There, a member of the Mermoud family teaches you the secrets of their apricot-based products (brandies, juices, Abricool, etc.) through a tasting session.

Afterwards, your driver takes you to the Relais de la Sarvaz for a rest. In the early evening, your driver gets you to the Cave des Vignerons. You spend a delicious moment there, starting with a wine tasting, followed by a good meal based on regional products. After the dinner, you get back to the Relais de la Sarvaz for the overnight.

On Sunday morning, after a hearty lunch based on local products, you set off to discover the regional biotope, unique in Switzerland: at the crossroads of several climates and at the bend of the Rhône, you will walk through the Follatères, accompanied by the guide Anne Carron-Bender. She will be delighted to tell you anecdotes and information about the fauna and flora that inhabit the heights of Fully. Your walk ends on a picnic spot, where you can eat an aperitif.

The day continues in the Combe d'Enfer, an unusual amphitheatre in the heart of the vineyards, where you can sit on dry stone walls to enjoy a grand cru and musical wonders.

At the end of this activity, you take the road with the guide towards the village of Fully. Your driver will be waiting for you to take you to Martigny, from where you will go back home. You leave Fully with a souvenir of the tastings you have done during your stay.
