Château de Villa has been awarded the "Prix d'honneur" at the Swiss Wine Tourism Awards 2019.
The idea is to let you discover all the subtleties of the Valaisan terroir during an epicurean evening at the oenotheque.
The gourmet rendez-vous are held 6 times a year, on the first Wednesdays of February, April, June, August, October and December. To ensure the quality of the service, participants are welcomed at 5pm but the service starts at the same time for all guests at 6.30pm.
The gourmet rendez-vous allow you, after a friendly welcome drink, to discover 4 well-made and generous culinary pairings with a nice selection of Valaisan wines. The proposals vary according to the seasons and the Chef Pierre Cotard's desires with the selection of wine from our team at the oenotheque.

Welcome of participants from the opening until 6.30pm with a welcome drink (1 dl)
6.30pm (sharp): service of the first dish/wine pairing (1 dl)
7.15pm: service of the second wine and food pairing (1 dl)
8pm: service of the cheese/wine selection (0.5 dl)
9.15pm: dessert/wine service (0.5 dl)
9.30pm: coffee
